Two things re: the Covid questionnaire- 1. Staff and clients were sharing an ipad touchscreen. There was no option to do the form touchfree. If handsanitzer was available I didn’t see it. 2. The receptionist only displayed the questions about the Covid questions, and implied that was the only information being asked; then had clients sign. But there was language above the signature which clients were not shown or told about. I only got a brief glance - something about asserting that the massage was recommended by an M.D.?

Feet massage took literally 3 minutes. Not enough. Scalp massage was mostly the application of pressure on certain spots rather than the overall massage of the scalp area

It was a good visit, no complaints. I've been with this location since the beginning so decor and facilities are starting to wilt a little. I'm wondering if carpets get cleaned regularly, grout in bathrooms needs deep cleaning. My massage therapist was great. I am a loyal customer, for sure.

Incomplete communication as to areas to be worked on.

I had a full body massage although the massage was good the therapist only did one side of my body he also did not massage my hands. The heat function also wasn't turned on, so I was a little chilly. Other than that, it was good.

Felt a bit rush and everything in the room felt dingy kinda like that old hotel vibe. I could tell it was clean just felt old.

Not totally satisfied with the amount of time he spent on certain places. He did not massage hands or skull/temples. I love those touches. I have just had better massages in the past.

Hmm.... your prices have increased significantly. I just don't see the worth in a massage at $159.

It’s expensive. I did an add on and didn’t realize it would cost so much. There was a lot of upsell by both the massage therapist and reception. It was too much.
