The waiting area had an odor (possibly from neighboring restaurant or food someone ate inside) that doesn’t provide spa-like feelings. A eucalyptus scent would be more inviting. Also maybe moving the chair in front away from front door (lots of foot traffic).

Was very satisfied with my one visit but would like to save highly satisfied rating on more consistemt of service rendered. Which I feel I can only give this rating after trying their services more.

During COVID-19 there should be more ways to put memberships on hold so that when it is safe to go out again, members can resume. The lobby feels more like a store than a spa. Different waiting areas would be more relaxing.

When the receptionist checked me out he was incompetent. It took forever. He could not find a remaining gift card I have. That I was told I had when I made the appointment. I was also buying two gift cards. I just wanted to go home after my wonderful massage and kept thinking that as he was taking forever.

Satisfied with my massage Because I have a medical condition a few area’s were a bit tender. The therapist was understanding and did a great job not putting to much pressure in those areas.

My massage therapist was nice and timely. She spent a lot of time on the specific areas, but sort of neglected other areas due to the time spent on specific areas. The oil she used was also cold. I was also disappointed that my previous regular therapist had left and that currently 80 minute massages cannot be booked.

Overall it was a positive experience. The hot stone aspect was very relaxing, and masseuse was friendly. I feel though he could use more experience with dealing with trigger points in a slower, gentler way so the body is not reactive against the pressure.

First I have a membership for an 1 hour massage and it's been cut to 50 mnts. I understand why but that's time I have already paid for. And highly recommend a HEPA filter for all your rooms.

1) I couldn’t book online. My membership info should have transferred but I still can’t log in. 2) I loved working with Paul and understand he is not returning. This means I get to go through all the therapists again until I find one that works for me. 3) my therapist this time had a great personality and listened well, but his technique did not work for me. I expect some amount of pain and discomfort in a deep tissue, but I was in agony through most of the massage. It was effective overall, but not for my main problem area. I prefer the incorporation of trigger point. This was more like a super firm Swedish massage.
