My massage therapist Nicholas was wonderful. It was the best massage I’ve ever had there. However, I scheduled a facial as well, but the therapist canceled at the last minute. I know things happen, I totally understand, but that’s why I was “satisfied” instyof “highly satisfied”.

Well it’s really hard to book appointments are usually backed up, kind of inconvenient if you have a The regular schedule. I also feel like the packages are not fully redeemable or they’re like hard to redeem and I just wanted to say that when I use the iPad for the Screening check in I wish there would’ve been hand sanitizer offered to me after I use the iPad because I went right back into my treatment room and I really didn’t have a chance to sanitize in between that

I felt having a facial with a mask was not worth the cost of the service. It is very difficult to have a facial with a mask on and I paid for LED service and microdermabrasion without all my problem areas being addressed. No steam to open my pores, and the spray that is sprayed over my face only touched my forehead. My massage was amazing though.

Nothing specific. I have enjoyed massages by other therapists at hand & stone more. It was the first time I had her.

I experienced multiple fraudulent credit card charges immediately after services on a card used exclusively at Hand and Stone and suspect that my financial info has been compromised accidentally or intentionally.

It seemed that even though my appt started about 10 min. late it finished on time. As someone who worked with appts in the past I know that you don't cut someones time short just to keep on time for your schedule. If the person is late starting then they should also be late finishing. It's not the customers fault that the person is running late so the customer that arrives on time should not be punished in order for the esthetitican/ masseuse to keep to their schedule.

Have not found the right touch in my massage treatments. I'm also feeling a bit uncomfortable with Jonathans lack of limiting his view when rotating on the table. I felt it and was not sure if that was the case but after a couple visits realized it was obvious.

The therapist come and go. The therapist I had was someone I had before. She was over 10 min. late in getting started and I purposely looked at clock in room and she started at 10:12 and ended at 11:00. So basically my massage was cut by 2 min. I paid $30 extra for a CBD addition. Never seen therapist after to offer water which typically happens.

I had booked one of the 2 appointments using my points. The esthetician decided to give me a add on hydration facial (we did not discuss first) but told me not to worry about it since points were going to be used. After the appointment the receptionist was confused and tried to charge me for the 2nd appointment at $65.00 staying the add on was covered with points. When I said that didn't sound right and that I had scheduled 2 services because I had enough points, she said, sorry & that the points would cover the main facial but I would need to pay for the add on. I was so spaced out, I did not have the energy to communicate that this didn't seem fair and decided to pay for the add on and not argue. But i do feel dissatisfied that there wasn't clearer communication.
