I tried to get the full body himalayan stone for the hot stone price, and I thought I had worked it out, only to find out after the massage my assumption was wrong. Of course I was being vague, but since there are lots of options and I am a good customer I thought I may have been able to get a discount on the extra service. I might not have purchased the extra had I not gotten an on the spot discount that I was purposefully trying to "win". Most of the extras do not make sense (to me) because they use the same time as the massage itself. The value of the extra would be better if it kicked in with a few extra minutes on the massage

I was satisfied. I wasn't "highly" satisfied because saying "highly" is a subjective hyperbole. The masseur (Anthony) knew what he was doing and administered his skill with confidence and mastery. He was attentive and intuitive. I will request my next appointment with him.

My therapist started 8 minutes late. She did not make up the time at the end. She did not spend enough time on back.

I was trying out a new esthetician since the one I had been seeing for over a year, left. She just wasn’t as good as Meghan was. She didn’t explain what she had done or suggest any products for my new issue. It was supposed to be an upgraded facial, but didn’t feel like she did anything extr?

My massage therapist Vincent was excellent any complaint or issue I had he tried his best to fix it the odor on the pillowcase was bothering me but he change the pillowcase and he was very nice about it I was satisfied with the service

1) Massage therapist what good, but she had a cold or allergies and kept sniffling and blowing her nose, which made it hard to fully relax. 2) Did not receive full 50 minute massage.

The policies on using and transferring packages is unclear and unfair to longstanding members. There were 2 new receptionists in front and the manager seemed to not want to come out and deal. So the 2 receptionists were going back and forth to the office for direction. Took too long. I was trying to gift 2 packages to my friend, and use 2 packages that I had racked up. Apparently, only 3 packages can be used in one day. I'm sorry; aren't they already paid for by ME? I'm not the only one. I witness treacherous check-outs while sitting in the waiting room almost every time I've been in. I don't know if it's training, confusing practices, or both. However, a spa visit need not be stressful. That's not the point of going.
