Hand and Stone

I was very satisfied with my visit to hand n stone.

The appointment did not last 50 minutes (45 minutes) and I told the therapist I only wanted my back worked on but she did a full body massage instead.

The massage was very good.

Was highly satisfied. I don’t live in California, therefore I won’t be able to return to this location.

I don’t know why my therapist spent so much time on my arms, my back needed the most attention. Also, the warm towel on my back before the massage started was something new, when the therapist removed the towel it left my back feeling cold until she was ready to start the massage.

The facial was okay. It wasn’t bad but it felt extremely minimal. I didn’t notice much difference afterward after the products wore off.

This is the third time a facial has been canceled on me. That is frustrating.

Sometimes i cant get my preferred therapist , her schedule is all booked up

seems very membership based. wish it felt just add good to go when not a member.

Misunderstanding about the charges. I was told there would be no additional charges and there were 2 of $20 each when I went to pay th bill. One was taken off, but not the other.
