I found out after the appointment that the upgrade to my facial was not covered by my packages and that this could have been included if I'd added something else - should have been clarified when I made the appt.

I was charged $10 for my husband's massage, but was not told that this would be the case when I enrolled in my membership. Also, facial should include some massage of neck and shoulders and hands. Both therapist were good, but just seems like esthetician needs more training.

it would be nice if the front end staff presented as more knowledgable in regards to service add ons and products being used in services. However they were very friendly to me. My skin was a little irritated and I'm hoping I wouldn't be looked at crazy or judged if I opted to bring in my own massage oil, something all natural without preservatives, etc. I'm just very conscious of massaging any toxins into my skin/body. I signed up as a member so I will be back very soon!

Better music options would be nice

I think the receptionist could have been a bit warmer and friendlier, and I would prefer the reception area to have more of a calming ambiance rather than bright white and somewhat sterile. I also specifically asked my therapist to focus on my neck, back, arms and hands. He was great at doing almost all but never got to my hands, so that was a bit disappointing. I still thought he did a great job otherwise.

The only feedback would be that I noticed when in this room (I believe 8) there is a lot of outside noise, doors slamming, etc, which certainly effects the ambiance.

I was highly satisfied with massage. Upgrades and other services seem confusing to me. Need a better system to communicate what services and upgrades are available.

Offered opportunity to move appointment time to earlier appointment but not informed over phone that new appointment was with different therapist. Also, delay in starting massage as therapist was in back room handling something.
