The cost is relatively high compared to other membership spa businesses. The 80 minute massage comes to $89.00 which is not that much of a discount.

My massage was great, but I only joined a chain massage center because it was so inexpensive. I also initially had a very unique sports massage therapist who left a while back. Although the new therapist is very good, the membership rate increased $20/month so I would rather have freedom to go when/where I choose for bodywork.

I tried calling and left a message and an email back in April and never heard back so I didn’t go. Same thing happened now in June but after calling a second time, I got someone on the phone. I wasn’t sure the place was actually in business.

I was going in with my sister who was visiting from out of town to gift her a b-day massage, and her masseuse cancelled due to injury. I was disappointed that a fill in masseuse wasn’t available. For my massage, I had to request firmer pressure 3 times before she got it right, which was unusual. Also the massage ended too abruptly.

Did not express pores on nose. Didn't even ask me about it.

The bathroom was pretty filthy when I used it which then made me question how clean everything else in the facility really was.

I felt like I could use more time.

Therapist turnover rate is high. Last massage didn’t focus on problem areas. Booking doesn’t match my schedule often times.

One challenge is my membership is not linked to my online account so I am unable to see what I have paid for and what I have used. Regarding ambience of the reception, it is nice, but the products and desk could be more separated from the pre-service lounge where people could actually start to relax.

I booked a Himalayan salt massage and my massage therapist gave me a regular Swedish massage. I notified the front desk and they adjusted my account and were apologetic.
