I felt that the massage could have been better. It would have been nice if time was spent more on certain problem areas. Perhaps the 50 minute wasn't long enough.

I enjoy my membership with Hand and Stone and have appointments every two weeks scheduled. I am wondering where the value is though. The price point is not as competitive as I originally thought it would be given the frequency that I come. Other estheticians offer competitive packages that are as low as $40 a visit if you purchase a package. I come back because of Megan C. She is truly a gifted esthetician!

I was completely satisfied with the service I experienced while at Hand and Stone. My therapist was nice and effective. She listens and pays attention to my back tightness needs. The facility is ok and no frills which makes the experience satisfactory.

I didn’t like to change rooms between my facial and massage.

The reception was too crowded and there was no place for me to sit down and wait. The therapist was good but she could have focused more on my back or legs or feet and not my scalp as much.

When I was there in Dec. for both a massage and facial, I booked two apts. for Jan. When I arrived for my facial 8n Jan. I was told they didn’t have me down. I asked about my massage that was supposed to be two weeks from then. Also not in the computer. It took about 15 mins. to find appointments with the therapist and esthetition I wanted that fit my schedule. I wasted an hour that day and my new apts. were a month out.

Esthetician was great and facial was relaxing but the receptionist was very pushy and rude when i told her i didn’t want to sign up for a membership because I don’t live in the area or care to commute for a facial.

I arrived at 2:55 p.m. for my 3:00 p.m. appointment and reception was busy and did not check me in right away. I wasn't greeted in the lobby by my therapist until 3:14 p.m. and we had less than 50 minutes together.

The service itself was fantastic, loved my massage therapist Edgar! The staff was incredibly accommodating to the issue that arrised before my appointment, but the issue was a result of improper planning for the online booking features. The online booking just needs to be more specific as far as what services each therapist is able to preform.
