I believe Highly Satisfied means going above and beyond. There was nothing that occurred to provide a Highly Satisfied service. I was satisfied with my service.

Being a member still costs $89 for a massage. Price is quite high

I should have spoke up to Ashlee to push with more force. I will be sure to ask that next time'

The only comment is for those therapists who use hot stones to receive more training. There is special techniques for hot stones and none of the Hand & Stone therapists have been as skilled

I booked a facial following the massage. There were no slippers or a robe to move from one space to the other. I reminded the masseuse that I had another treatment and she brought a robe. But I had to walk barefoot to the facial. Not ideal.

Leelee the massage therapist was amazing and did a good job on my back. The lights were too bright, they usually are not so bright. We didn't start on time, instead of 7 pm I was taken back at 7:08 and started after and then was done at 7:55. She was very nice and welcoming and did a great job other than being a bit late.

The price can't be beat, and the availability of same-week appointments is great. I felt the facial was a little more spa and less clinical, but I will ask for something more results-based next time.

Megan was great, I just wished she met me after my appt. to explain what I should be doing with my skin. She wrote it out, but I need explanation. Again, I really liked her though!

Massage therapist was great.

I found an ethnitician that I feel works so well with me. I had given up my membership and I had one last appointment. I came in and met her for the first time. She did such a good job and made me feel like I wanted to come see her again for my skin issues that I re-enrolled.
