Hand and Stone

The length of my sessions have been highly varied so far, but neither of them have lasted a full hour. It's a little misleading because both times I have selected 60 minute duration massages, yet both times they have ended at 45 or 50 minutes. Saying 60 minute duration leads me to think the massage should be 60 minutes total, not including time to undress, talk to the massage technician & redress at the end. If the intention is to only have 45 active minutes of massage, it should indicate that under the options so I could more accurately choose the massage duration next time. Other than that I really like Hand & Stone.

Would love different music pumped through the speakers, seems like every time I visit the same music is on loop.

H and S has a nice welcoming vibe, it's just basic not over the top. Every place has room to improve. I've yet to go to a place that was highly satisfied in evetything...

After massage I continued to have same low back pain and foot pain. I had Himalayan rock add on which really didn’t do much for me. Massage wasn’t as relaxing as I hoped for

My regular massage therapists have cut back their hours or have left. Not easy to get an appointment, no availability in the schedule, unless you book further out.

I was not highly satisfied but I felt everything was good for the price.

Could be lower prices for members since we pay 59/month membership

My pressure could've been deeper, other than that everything was fine.

Appt started late, ended early, had 10 mins alone midway in service, lights too bright

My most recent session felt shorted this time around. It felt like a solid 45-50min massage. I would appreciate every minute! Thanks
