Only the second time with my therapist, and I need to communicate with her more during next appointment to spend time on specific areas, then I will probably give a Highly Satisfied.

Felt soreness in my shoulder and upper back the next day after the massage.

Glitch in the computer ended up cancelling my aptmt after checking in!

Facialist didn't ask about my specific concerns. The facial seemed to consist of a lengthy massage, presumably with creams or lotions to moisturize and combat aging of the skin. I always get a peel with the facial, but the facialist didn't ask about it, and it wasn't done this time. I did originally schedule a facial plus peel, but the original time slot had to be moved (because the facialist was ill on the scheduled day), and the peel might inadvertently have been dropped from the rescheduled slot.

Because no matter if I show up 15 min. Very sharply at my appointment time, I end receiving less than my already paid 60 min. Service almost every time. It is very disappointing having to schedule with one/two weeks in advance to end as I was a walking-in.

I booked 2 appointments (1 for me and 1 for my bf). My appointment with Heather went so well! She addressed my aches and pains. However, my bf had the opposite experience. The massage pressure was too soft/flimsy and the therapist didn't seem to be knowledge. He had shoulder aches and wished that he had Heather instead.

Appointment started late and ended early for an hour session.

The massage therapist I had was new to me so it takes time to get acquainted with needs and methods. The massage was good. She was thorough, competent and caring. I have no complaints.

I feel as though the products used are lesser quality than when I started. For example, there is not any calming or relaxing smells. In addition, the rooms are now a bit bright. Finally, I cannot seem to find a therapist that addresses my specific issues to my satisfaction.

A more updated spa ambiance would be nice. For example, decor, scent and amenities. There was no hot water available for the tea provided on a couple occasions.
