I have high tax bill & cannot return due to debt at this time.

The massage was decent but it seemed like the therapist was only partially into it. I enjoyed the back massage but usually my feet and hands are massaged more and my head.

I appreciated that my appointment started 5 minutes early. I was called in at 7:55pm (my appointment was at 8pm). But my appointment ended early at 8:48pm. I thought that the facials were advertised for an hour.

Original appointment for couple's massage cancelled less than an hour before appointment. Reschedule was late 10 minutes, and didn't seem to have provided full 50 minutes on the table.

I think everything is fine. I don't think that the therapists are the most skilled or the most knowledgeable that I have ever had. I feel they are more used to going through their normal routine and not really diversifying their services based on each individual client.

It would be good to have a user portal to make appointments and also keep track of the massage therapists that we like or don't like.

I enjoyed conversing with my therapist, but it didn't allow for total relaxation on my end. The massage I received was generally relaxing, but I didn't feel total massaged out upon departure. It may have been my own fault for not highlighting specific areas to begin with.

Had to cancel a massage last month at the last minute due to having to put my dog down. Receptionist was less than sympathetic and told us we would be charged the full amount and 50% for the last minute cancellation.

It’s interesting that some esthetians give a short shoulder massage and others don’t. Maybe you could have that as a requirement. Thanks

Sometimes I can hear people during my massage talking through the walls when coming into the quiet zone. Maybe if we could remind people to use softer voices, thank you.
