I was satisfied.

I was quite satisfied with my experience. I have just started the membership and am trying out different masseuses. It was not that I wasn't satisfied, I am just reserving judgment.

The products used in my facial were extremely harsh, despite the fact that I got a sensitive skin facial. They made my skin react by burning causing pain and discomfort through the next day.

I scheduled an appointment to help me work out some foot/leg pain and asked the receptionist for any appointment with a therapist who knew sports massage. The therapist I was scheduled with did not know sports massage and instead performed deep tissue massage after asking me if the change was okay. She suggested that I may have gout, which I later followed up on and didn't have (thankfully!). I still have the tightness and pain in my foot/leg and was really hoping that someone would work on it to get the kinks out (probably twisted it the wrong way). However, I will say that the therapist and receptionist was friendly and thoughtful. I was just hoping for something different.

I work in a stressful industry which is why I need massages as often as time is allowed. My issue was that the receptionist wasn't able to find my profile which I've had three massages at this facility so far. She was too busy trying to explain the process instead of listening to my friend and I. This was a treat from my dear friend and she had asked for my credit card information. After my friend's therapist greeted her, the receptionist asked me to complete a form which I had already done so on my first visit. This caused my appointment to be late. Get the website working so we can to book on line and see past appointments

One of the receptionists was a bit aloof checking me in but my massage was wonderful and I love the therapist. I think for the price the service is great but I do wish there was a little something more to it - not sure what though!

I am a current member and my old login for the site didn't work, so I wasn't able to schedule the appointment associated with my account. It seemed to require me to create a new account that treats me as a new member.

I originally was seeing a different therapist who, in my opinion was far better than the replacement therapist I have now. She's not bad, Christoper was just much better but he left to start his own office. She isn't as proficient with hot stones and her touch is very light, but I will work with her until we get to where I am happy or maybe change therapists again.

Therapists are friendly and do a good job.
