I was told I’d be charged 50%of the fee for last minute reschedule. I wasn’t feeling well but I kept the appointment, which turned out well.

The text messaging service, does not match up with my appointment times. Hence, I get texts for the wrong appointment time. Recently, I received a call from the person who confirms appointments, and she said I had an appointment the next day at 12:00pm, and she was confirming the appt. So the next day, I arrive at H&S for my 12:00pm appointment, and the front desk person says..."I"m sorry, you don't have an appointment, the person who called you must of made a mistake." This was a huge waste of my time, to show up for an appointment that I did not have, that H&S confirmed for me the day before. The receptionist did not seem that apologetic. I feel like that would have been a good time to offer me something... a discount for my next massage, a different service (if they had something open), something that acknowledged H&S had made a mistake.

Overall, I really enjoyed my experience and was very happy with my masseuese. He was very friendly, used the right amount of pressure and made me feel relaxed. He was late for our appt and did not acknowledge or apologize for that, but I did get the full appt time, so it was ok. He also did not ask me even once during the session about things like pressure, lighting, temperature etc. Itr was ok b/c all those things were fine with me, but it is good practice to at least check in once with the client.

A 1 hour massage should be 60 minutes. I arrived on time, was taken back a few minutes late and was back at my car after the service 3 minutes before my service should have ended.

I'm highly satisfied with the massage given by Anthony. On a previous visit, while the other massage therapist was good, I found my body wasn't as relieved as it is when given massages by Anthony. I'm now reluctant to try anyone else. The quality at the reception area has improved since my first visit. I'm satisfied and that's good. Thank you.

Two reasons: 1) I made an appointment for myself and two others. My appointment was at 1pm and my sister's at 2:15pm. I got a call a few hours before my appointment that they needed to give the esthetician a break in between the sessions. My appointment was moved to 1:15pm and my sister's 2:30pm. 2) The facial is advertised as 1 hour and 15 minutes. I got called in by the esthetician at 1:17pm. Then my facial ended at 2:18pm. Given that the first 10 minutes was me changing and the esthetician introducing herself (since my previous esthetician no longer worked there and this person was new), I felt like the amount of time spent actually treating my skin was not that much.

I think that for $60 a month there should be two facials a month. I don’t feel like my skin in progressing in any form.

There is always a change in reception area help and generally they are in training mode. Everyone has been cordial and professional in appearance and manner.

At times I feel 'therapist' does not follow through with my needs.

Everything was fine, staff was friendly. Massage therapist was nice and not at all bad, simply inexperienced. He could use more training on the Hot Towel/Scrub hand add-on. Very little scrub used or time spent on that treatment.
