My esthetician was not made aware of my request for a wax even though I had discussed it with the receptionist over the phone when I had made my appointment. Also, I was not told that I had to pay separately for the wax and could not use my accumulated account.

Having to deal with my sister’s payment, whose appointment was right before mine, just reminds me of how prices were increased twice since I joined. It’s great that my rate was not altered, but I wish my friends and family discount matched my monthly rate. Also, I would probably come more if my additional massages were the same price as my monthly rate.

I had two separate appointments, one for massage and the other for waxing. My waxing experience with Pam was amazing and I will book her again. My massage on the other hand could have been better. I asked to have more focus on my lower body and still majority of the time was spent on upper. Extremely abbrasive with the stones in the middle regions of my back. Bafely touched my upper arms and extremely little time on my front body as if it was an afterthought. My next visit I plan to try another tech.

there was a mix up for some reason on thepart ofwhoever booked my facial and there was about a 40 minute waitbetween my massage and facial instead of having one right after the other, which is what I wanted
