I've had a membership since January 2017 and I have yet to find a therapist that I like. Because of the membership price, I keep going monthly or every other month for a massage. I particularly have tight shoulders and neck and the therapists I have experienced either do too much or not address it effectively. I'm thinking now that the best I can do is ask the therapist not to do a full body massage and to instead focus on the neck and shoulder areas.

My overall experience was great, I wish the therapist had applied a bit more pressure to the areas I had told her that are problem areas for me.

I received a call after returning home that said I needed to pay more for my service. I paid $30 more for LED and was upset to have extra charges on top of the $89.95 plus tip I already paid.

I've enjoyed both my visits at Alameda location. I'm a firm believer that there's always room for improvement in anything. I'm not saying there's anything wrong or I was disappointed in any wa.
