The receptionist booked the wrong day for me and because of this I had to re-organize my schedule to go on a different time and book with another therapist who didn't know my medical history. While the new therapist was good, it still wasn't who I was use to seeing and not the service I wanted. I especially didn't like that I didn't get even an offer for compensation of some sort for this clerical error. Even a free spa upgrade would've been nice. I love your spa, but have noticed that there are a lot of new hires and have seen a few mistakes and because we all have to learn I have been patient, but definitely when your staff makes a mistake that doesn't sit well with customers some kind of compensation would be at least a way to make up for inconvenience.

They need more than one receptionist. The front is too busy for only one. I had to wait too long to get helped.

Therapist was good but didn't offer any drink after the massage. Waiting room area needs water fountain if possible and ambience needs to be more rekaxing.

Massage experience varies from each massage therapist. My favorite is Christopher. Each time Christopher is not available for my schedule and I try someone else my back problems are still bothering me.

Scheduling has become progressively worse. I've been a member since this location opened and since then it's become incredibly difficult to schedule with my preferred therapist at a convenient time. In addition, the online scheduling service has been down for months and prior to that I've had several booking errors where appointments were cancelled when booked with the online service. Due to this and the lack of knowledge of various reception staff, I've become increasingly dissatisfied with this spa.

Overall I was very satisfied with experience. Once I had to wait almost 45 minutes because someone before me added on service. But I generally have other commitments after my appt.

Exit felt abrupt. I would've liked it if masseaus discussed my trigger point massage and gave recommendations.

I had my eyebrows and lip waxed. My eyelids were either burned or extremely irritated by whatever was put on my eyes. Same for a small area next to my lip. Regarding the eyelids, the area immediately below the brow seems ok, but under that there is irritation and redness and sensitivity.
