I was fully satisfied it was just maybe ther person before me me was a little late so then that pushed my appointment back.

Megan is a wonderful esthetician! Normally she concludes the waxing session with a hot towel wrap and moisturizer. This session she seemed a bit rushed and just did the waxing.

phone receptionist could not schedule appt, failed to call back. I called later same day and someone else helped me. Also, at check in one receptionist was helping a customer check out and I waited, waited then walked to the voices I heard talking in the back of receptionist. One person helped me right away.

I would have preferred the light pressure swedish massage I requested rather than the focus work,although I know I needed it, I really just wanted to relax.

I feel the service level of the front desk staff has severely declined over the past couple of months: they are not very nice, not very responsive, and short with me. Last week I didn't receive a response to my email appointment request and contacted the manager. She assured me that things were going to change. Yesterday I had 2 issues: 1. When I went to check out, I didn't realize that the receptionist was checking someone else in, who was in the waiting area, not at the desk. She made it obvious that she was helping someone else, but she didn't say anything to me, she just exaggeratedly looked past me to tell the gentleman that he was all checked in. 2. When I first arrived, another receptionist seemed really negative, like she was not interested in helping and not interested in eye contact, and was snippy when I asked pricing on a candle on the shelf - before I even finished asking the price, her hand went up, pointing at the pricing sign on the top of the shelf and she said "it's right there."

The owner came in while I was paying for my appointment and belittled the receptionist and massage therapist for not having described the "lifestyle plan" to me. It really turned me off. I appreciate that she is a business owner and wants to have repeat customers, but by embarrassing her staff, it made me question wanting to come back.

My main goal for a facial is blemish extraction, and that did not happen. The previous esthetician did a more thorough job. It hurts, but that can't be helped. I know that not all blemishes can be extracted, but this time there wasn't a lot of effort put into that part of the facial.
