Tessa specifically provides great service, and I always try to book my appointments with her first. She’s always aware of where my account is, and suggests using my rewards. The staff is usually welcoming from the moment I walk in which changes my mood from the moment I walk in.

The reception area furniture is old and warn the pillows on the chairs seemedsoiled and dirty especially after Covid the chairs looking warn out teathered the waterfall is nice could use an upgrade just some plants or freshness
