Hand and Stone

I have been going to this Hand and Stone for several years. The staff is very professional and helpful. The therapists are quite good. I feel it is well worth the membership.

I absolutely loved my facial. OMG- I was in a trance and came out of it feeling so wonderful. And relaxed! My face felt great and I got some face lotion w/SPF in it that doesn't smell bad. I'm coming back next month and LOVED Jamelle. She's a delight!

Richard was great! Really nice and kind. I’ve already rescheduled with him next month!

very happy with whole staff they are top of the line I enjoy my app every time i go to see them everyone is awesome...

The receptionist was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about services. She made me feel welcome and comfortable while I waited for the aesthetician. The aesthetician, Angela, was friendly, cheerful, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Angela spent the time to answer my questions and even wrote down recommendations for a tailored skin regimen for me to follow.

Nicole is friendly and experienced and seems present and invested in my health and well being.

Massage met my needs.

I visit this business in several cities and 2 states. I have always been fortunate enough to get highly skilled professional massages. Hand and Stone facilities are usually convenient to get to.

dominique is the BEST!!! the only bad thing is that she's so popular! i also dont understand why the manager is enforcing a rule so that dominque can ONLY do 80 min massages during the weekday (not on weekends). As a patron who is not in the same city, it is difficult for me to make it to Alameda on a weekday
