The staff is always friendly and accommodating. My therapist takes time to listen to me explain any pain I may be experiencing and he works out all the kinks.

The customer service was excellent, making appt, and all staff interaction was excellent and it was my first visit with the Alameda Hand and Stone and the staff and the wonderful young lady who provided my facial.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Dominique was a great she relieved my neck and shoulder pain and stiffness. They did cancel my appointment and I had to reschedule the time and therapist.

The setting was great including the reception area and waiting room. As a first time visitor I was satisfied with the customer service. The massage therapist did a great job of being attentive to my needs asking the right questions for me to explain the ailments i encountered during the past several years of my work.
