Tessa has been my therapist since I started going back and has been the MAIN and only reason I continue to making appointments. What prevents me from referring friends to your location is the amount of inaccurate and inconvenience I experienced as someone with a membership from this location during the pandemic. However, I will refer friends to book with Tessa because she is that great!

Christina is very good at taking away the pain in my neck and shoulders. I tried someone else at H and S and they did not listen to me and did not use hard enough pressure so I always ask for Christina.
