I was highly satisfied with my experience because my massage therapist Tessa is very kind, sweet, and caring. Tessa takes the time to listen and I really feel like she cares about me. Tessa also always provides me with feedback after my appointments and lets me know how I can reduce neck and shoulder pain in between visits. The staff at the front desk always have a smile on their face and treat me with respect and kindness.

The lobby was inviting. There was many products to look at and decide and prepare questions to ask my esthetician to see what would be best for my skin type. Megan is amazing. She’s knowledgeable and very professional when it comes to skincare. I have recommended her to many of my friends who live in the area.

I've been a "regular" at Hand & Stone for at least 3 years. I've never been dissatisfied with the massage received from any of the therapists. I return for massages with Nicholas, who is remarkably intuitive. I always come out of a session feeling as light as a feather.

Stasia was amazing. She was friendly and welcoming and super knowledgeable about skincare. She recommended several products for me and gave me a sample. I loved the atmosphere! Great massage by Sean! I’ll definitely be back soon!

I find the staff knowledgable, well trained and professional. They are attentive to my needs. I like the rewards system. I also like the chain because when I travel I can usually find a Hand and Stone in in states to which I travel.

The price of membership is too high.
