Hand and Stone

I was glad to find this service and happy with my facial at the hand&stone in Alameda. I am not likely to visit this centre as I am in Alameda for a short vacation and was looking at a pampering which I got at this centre.

I have been going to H&S for about 3 years now. I have been nothing but satisfied with their services. I have also been pleased with their prices and the knowledge they have with what services would benefit me and my health.

My first experience here was exceptional from beginning to end. The staff were friendly and the waiting room was very clean and had a relaxing ambiance. The table in the room was super comfortable and warm. The service time was maximized which is very important to me as no time was wasted.

I am satisfied with the facial I received at Hand and Stone. My skin discoloration patches are fading on my checks and forehead. So the products being used are improving the appearance of my skin along with the monthly facials.

Stephanie was pleasant and knowledgeable. I had a very good experience with her and my facial was very nice. Tessa’s massage was very relaxing and she intuitively found trouble spots that I wasn’t even aware of.

Nicloe was very good and took into account the areas that I said needed more attention. The pressure was also very good. Everyone that I encountered was very professional and friendly.

I really love all of my sessions with Dominique! She is really professional and knolwedgeable and gives such an effective massage. I have always felt welcomed by all of the staff and like I know what to expect at the spa.

Dominique is a very skilled massage therapist. She listens carefully to what I say and discusses the treatment options with me. She checks in regularly to make sure I’m happy with the pressure. And her massages feel amazing. And the front desk staff is always very friendly.
