Hand and Stone

I really enjoy my membership at Hand and Stone. I appreciate the options available and the low cost. I also have a great masseuse and esthetician, and I always feel better after getting a service; the services are both relaxing and effective.

The online appt was fast and easy. The place was clean ans modern. I felt relaxed. The people were friendly and warm. I felt an easy connection with the staff. My estatician was very knowledgeable and thorough. I have asked for her-Janelle-for my next appointment.

I found the staff very welcoming and attentive. The facial itself was absolutely wonderful, and very relaxing.

Lori is an amazing therapist! Always seems to intuitively know what my body needs. The spa is clean and the screening process simple. So great to be able to enjoy massage again!

Very happy with this surprise Mother’s Day Massage gift! I am visiting to help son and family move back East so unfortunately will no longer be in Alameda hence the ‘very unlikely’ to return or share. The staff from the time I stepped inside, through out the hour excellent massage, until I walked out of the door at 9:10 PM Sunday night all I encountered were gracious and accommodating! Lovely staff - lovely spa 💚
