Every time I come there the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I'm greeted immediately and I never have to wait long. I always leave feeling incredibly relaxed!

The point about the additional service is not that I was dissatisfied, I didn't request any. This was by far the best massage therapist Ive had to date at H&S. Took time to ask my concerns carefully, at the end, was very polite, asked for feedback. Very gracious. Ive never "asked' for a therapist before, but will now. Sean was his name.

The esthetician took her time to ask about my concerns & was able to make recommendations. She also suggested the Detox facial which I felt I needed. She was patient & very gently.
