Stephanie is an excellent aesthetician. I was highly satisfied with my skin care results, even if I accidentally pressed the wrong button on the evaluation form. I am just delighted that Stephanie is still providing services at Hand & Stone in Alameda, CA.

My massage therapist was amazing! The front desk clerk was super nice to me. The Alameda location is very clean which is a plus! I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!

The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. I did not need to wait long for my massage therapist. She was very though and checked in with me often on pressure and heat. I only have two recommendations: The furniture in lobby area needs a redo/replacement, the leather was torn and warn. One of the two bathrooms needed hand sanitizer in it. Thank you
