Therapist did a fantastic job of addressing need areas. Her techniques were effective. She was mindful and aware of my muscle limitations.

The receptionist was very warm & kind. He informed me of all the safety precaution measures that were in place. Lori, the therapist, was very welcoming and knowledgeable. She ensured that I was comfortable throughout the appointment & focused on all my problem areas.

My Esthetician was knowledgeable and took time to discuss options for my facial. She was kind and thoughtful - getting me water and giving me the option to use the restroom if needed during my service.

After many months of the unavailability for massages and relaxation it was perfect to come back to hand and stone for a great service. My massage therapist and facial esthetician were amazing, helped me truly relax and enjoy some self care.

The receptionist and the therapist are nice and friendly. They accomodated my appointment well. Just a little short on appointment time but it was fine.

I feel safe at this facility. I see a lot of value in getting regular massage therapy and enjoy my time there getting my services. If I could afford it, I would go more often because it’s such a positive experience for me.
