My therapist, Fatema was excellent. She was very thorough and attentive throughout the massage.

I have never met staff at a spa that has been more warm , welcoming and kind then at the Hand and Stone at Alameda. I would absolutely say they go above and beyond with their customer service - they more than exceeded my expectations! Fantastic atmosphere and lovely staff!

Ease of booking appointments online, consistent process, therapist offered a little extra (lavender scent with a cost) but didn’t sound “sales-y.” Explained What parr’s to work before executing.

I like Hand and Stone. The receptionists know me, the ease of booking is great. When I can book with my preferred masseuse, then it's a great experience. The problem only arises when I have to try another therapist- as their skill level and treatments vary drastically.

The poor underpaid reception staff do their best. Really-@$13.50 an hour (saw a job posted they didn’t discuss). Erika is fabulous. Megan is the best at skin care.

My therapist is very knowledgeable and intuitive. She discovers problem areas without my telling her. She also has a calming demeanor, which really makes the massage a very healing and relaxing experience.
