The massage was wonderful. My back muscles were sore and even though I felt a little sore after massage I felt much better the next day.

It is always a great experience and I feel great afterwards. This has nothing to do with my session, but I felt blindsided when the monthly charge for my facial went up with no notification. I would have liked to have been informed ahead of time.

Nika is an amazing asset to the company. I don't know if I would continue my membership without her. Front desk team is awesome as well.

Each time I visit Hand and Stone I am always greeted with friendly and responsive personel. The reception area is clean and organized. The restrooms are always clean. The temperature of the massage rooms is comfortable and they are clean. During this visit Jonathan was extremely thoughtful, responsive and an excellent listener. He spent most of the massage on my focus area which was much appreciated.

I booked the appointment in just a few minutes over the phone. The front desk/receptionists are always very friendly. The massage therapist helped my sore muscles.

Stephanie is very skilled and knowledgeable with facials. She makes me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I feel fantastic after my facial!

I told Jessica where my aches were and she targeted those areas perfectly.
