Tessa focused on my physical needs during the massage. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful.

I love Richard. been goin to him for a while for massages. My only complaint is that he can't do 90 minute massages on Sunday.

Everyone is always nice, kind and knowledgeable. I love the membership because it makes me take time for myself. And I feel my monthly facial is like a wellness check up for my face and skin.

Everyone from the receptionist to my therapist was friendly, knowledgeable and upbeat! My facial and massage were much needed and I felt my therapists explained everything clearly to me. I felt very at ease and comfortable!

Initial therapist called out sick, staff worked with getting me in with another therapist same day around the same time. Checking in process was fast.

I am very sad that the price will be increasing that is going to be a big strain on my pocketbook. Not sure if I’ll be able to afford the services moving forward.

Very trauma informed and put safety first. The massage was everything I wanted and more. I’m eager to continue with the monthly membership. I do however find the $200 “set up fee” absurd.
