The welcoming from the receptionist was so greeting and kind. She made it easy for me to fill out the form before. And it was so quick that my massagist arrived.

Amara and Asar are the best massage therapists there. They really hear you, tend to problematic areas (AND TREAT THEM SUCCESSFULLY). They are punctual, professional, and before and after the appt they have great recommendations for stretches or other things you can independently , and during the appt they are QUIET. It's great.

I really feel comfortable when I go to the Hand & Stone in Alameda. The ease of scheduling an appointment and the friendliness of everyone who works there. I have nothing but high remarks for this location. Thank you.

The front desk was friendly and there was a lovely candle - that you sell -burning on the counter. Nathan is a very knowledgeable massage therapist. So glad I signed a contract with hand & stone over 4 years ago.

Reception staff were professional and courteous. My esthetician made some good suggestions about the type of facial that would be best for me and offered to upgrade me as I had a number of available packages in my membership. My skin felt and looked great after my services.
