The receptionist almost always remembers me when I walk in. I rarely have to remind her of my name during check-in. I'm also always impressed with how on time the therapist is with coming out to get me for my appointment. Every therapist I've had have been very friendly and done great work. My membership is something that I do for myself because I am a teacher and I can't afford a lot. This is something that feels very extravagant but is super affordable for me. It's a great value for the price.

The receptionist when I checked on was on the phone and was trying to have two conversations at one time which I found confusing. She should have just put the caller on hold and checked me in.
