The pressure was perfect, not to much and not too little. The massage therapist was very friendly and talked when I wanted to and didn't when I didn't want to. Will get a two-session massage with him next time!

The staff from reception to massage to facial were friendly, extremely competent, and made me feel welcome. The ambiance is nice. The products used made my skin feel great!
