Hand and Stone

I feel like my massage needs are always addressed appropriately and professionally when I come to Hand and Stone. The appointment availability fits well with my schedule with good flexibility. The massage therapists are knowledgeable and well trained in their craft.

Massage Therapist Jessica is very friendly. She always asked what areas I would like for her to focus on before she starts the massage. I get weekly massages from Jessica, she’s very professional.

Massage therapist was friendly and hit all the right spot. Room was clean with relaxing music played during the whole time. Receptionist was friendly.

I got a last minute appointment. Asar was wonderful. (Sorry if I misspelled that!)

I have an excellent massage therapist and will continue my membership as long as James is on staff at the Hand and Stone in Alameda.

Hand and Stone is located in an area that is easily accessible with plenty of parking. The massage therapist (Jessica) is FABULOUS!

My massage therapist "Asar" was hand-selected for me based on my report to the manager of my specific needs re: back and neck injury. He is INCREDIBLE. Perhaps the most knowledgable therapist, who understood what he found throughout my body and completely resolved SEVERAL issues. I recommended him by name, and recommended a membership, to 7 different people the first time I saw him, and another 4 people since yesterday when I met up with friends. Receptionists are so warm and welcoming and friendly, peaceful and beautiful in the reception area. Bathrooms are gorgeous. Nice and quiet in the back. I don't like the music though - it's kind of weird. Not relaxing really, but I can tune it out. It's not awful, just not my preference. I feel like a million bucks when I leave there and for days after I'm free from pain (that is saying a LOT)

Front Desk is delightfully professional & responsive. Massage therapists are very expert & effective. I really like the massage & conversation with Julia!
