I always leave feeling better than when I entered. Asar is an absolutely great therapist!! I can't say enough of how I enjoy my massage therapy. I have connective tissue disease and he always explains the anatomy of my area of pain. He is by far the best therapist I've been to after 22 years of going to massage and seeing over 25 massage therapists.

Massages are amazing. I felt relaxed. I need more massages.

I have been with Hand and Stone almost 18 months and I plan to continue. Currently I am dealing with a specific issue and my therapist is doing an amazing job working in the area to strengthen it and relieve the tension. He is very knowledgeable with muscle structure and techniques and I am very pleased with the treatments.

I had my last two massages with Heather at the Alameda location. She is amazing and I will continue to see her regularly. She has taken away all of my aches, pains and headaches each visit. My usual massage therapist got sick so I was offered a different one on the morning of my appointment. She was excellent and worked on trigger points I had been un aware of. No,disappointment!!

They do everything right from the time I walk in until I leave. Everyone is very professional and I always feel relaxed and destressed when I leave.
