Hand and Stone

This was my first time using my membership. I had a number of questions and the staff was patient and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and offered additional assistance if ever needed.

When I booked my massage the receptionist told me that I could use two of my unused services toward an 80 min stone massage and that my next service would cover my waxing service and this was not the case. The receptionist that checked me in for my waxing service was able to explain to me that I will always have to pay the difference outside of a standard massage or facial unless I use reward points.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in, my massage therapist was very thorough and made me feel relaxed .

The aesthetician paid attention to special areas of need, was thorough, professional, and friendly.

Felix was very professional and skilled. I will book him for my sister-in-law next month.

Only second time and really needed the massage

I was very satisfied with my massage. The massage therapist (Jessica) did a fantastic job identifying areas of tension in my body and really helped to alleviate them. She seemed to know the right amount of pressure to apply without me having to tell her. It was an overall satisfying experience and I will return to Hand & Stone in the future.

The Alameda Spa is wonderful! The staff are friendly and efficient and Jessica is a fabulous massage therapist.
