The waiting area could be a little more darker/dimmer to get into a more relaxed state (tint the windows)!

My therapist was knowledgeable, very pleasant and kind. Enjoyed learning from her. She was considerate of my needs.

Ashley, the massage therapist was excellent! She was warm, kind, knowledgeable, and very skillful. She gave me the best massage that I’ve ever had. The only reason I wouldn’t be Touro is because the price is a little bit higher than I desire.

I always feel like a valued customer when I receive services at Hand & Stone, whether it is a facial or a massage or a combination of both. I was referred by a longtime customer of Hand & Stone years ago; now, I find myself a longtime customer as well. I am always pleased with my visits to Hand & Stone, no matter which location it has been, the service is consistent.

Bri was absolutely incredible. I felt more relaxed than I have in a long time after my introductory massage with her. She was comprehensive, patient, and attentive. I loved it so much I signed up for the subscription. I cannot speak highly enough of her skills.

My concerns were listened to, it was welcoming and I was in and out with no issue.

I have been going to Leslie for 8 months and every time it gets better and better. I have been having back issues and she gave special attention to the lower back muscles. I was so relaxed at the end that I could have literally fallen asleep. I always book my appointments 2 months out so I sure to get her every month.
