Hand and Stone

I have always appreciated the atmosphere of this Hand & Stone location. It is also very convenient to where I live. I have been going to the same estathesian (sp.) for over 6 years. She is always on time. She is thoroughly familiar with my skin and makes recommendations when needed.

More than highly satisfied with my massage therapist Darby. She has magic fingers and always keeps the atmosphere friendly & comfortable

My facial was a gift from a friend, and is a luxury rarely affordable to me. I will look at getting a gift card when you have the next introductory special. Virginia was great!

My therapist was Leslie Anderson and she was AMAZING! The bathroom did not have any towels, I told the receptionist but I am not sure he corrected the problem - at least not while I was waiting for my appointment. Same gentleman was not overly friendly to me when I entered or when I was making another appt. I am not sure it was his fault, but it took a long time to pay and make an appt. It seems the system can't search for a specific therapist, so he had to go day-by-day to find an appt with Leslie - who I specifically wanted.

I have been coming to this Hand and Stone since it opened and have been always satisfied with the cleanliness and welcoming receptionists. Brianna has been the best so far, she knows where your muscles are tight relaxes them and suggests hydration especially in this heat. Brianna is a true professional very courteous and knowledgeable.

The woman who did my facial, Virginia, was very friendly. She explained everything she did and why she was doing it. She was very knowledgeable and gave me tips I could put into practice at home.

The pain in my feet was helped . I have double arthritis in my left foot and both feet give me problems. Getting them massaged works the knots out and that relieves the pain.I also had the rest of my body worked on by another technician. She was able to get rid of the aches and pains that had build up since I had last been in.
