Hand and Stone

This was my first facial and first time visiting hand and stone. The esthetician who did my facial was(Benita). She was was highly skilled, friendly, knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable during the entire process. My skin looks amazing!

Everything was wonderful. It went by way too fast! HaHa. It is extremely difficult to schedule an appointment. I signed up for the club in January. Since then, 3 of the appointments I made were cancelled by Hand and Stone because no massage therapist was available. The other months, I was not able to get an appointment.

The receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was early to my appointment so he let me know where I could sit and if I had any questions. Buy esthetician to the fantastic job. I told her my skin was dry and she asked me what products I use and what products she will be using to help with my skin issues. I am coming back next month, that's how much I enjoyed my experience at this location and with the staff at this location.

The woman who did my facial was knowledgeable. She addressed the problem areas I had. She also came up with a plan to improve my skin long term.

pleasant staff. I hadn't been in a few months and was glad to get an appointment the same day I called. Bonita was new to me but I was really pleased with her. she was very knowledgeable, friendly and thorough.

Location was convenient and the attendant Leslie was experienced and very nice.

I really enjoy my therapist and she really takes good care of me. Very professional.
