Excellent therapist who listened and was attentive to my needs

I love going there. Everyone is super nice. Never had an issue with anything. Super clean.

Almost 100% of the time competent therapist, and those at the desk. Difficult to make timely appointments in locations near me. When in Naples Florida, I made an appointment, received an appointment card, showed up for the appointment and it wasn't on the schedule.

Leslie is the only person I have gotten a massage from there that really listens and focuses to do a great job. Front desk staff is also really sweet.

I have been coming to Virginia for several years. She is highly experienced, professional and personable. It is a pleasant experience and when I come regularly I can see a positive change in my skin.

The front desk is always very courteous and fast on check ins and check outs. My aesthetician, Virginia, is very knowledgeable and informs me of all new products and how they work. I love the overall experience at this Hand and Stone and drive 30 minutes to this one even though I live closer to another Hand and Stone
