The representative was extremely competent and she also made me feel at ease during my procedures. I will be coming back for future procedures with this representative.My skin has inproved under her care and she also made suggestions for home care in between sessions.

The therapist was great. Felt so much better after my massage. Only complaint is that the music was just a bit too loud. A little lower would have been more relaxing.

I enjoy my membership at Hand and Stone. The receptionist(s) are always welcoming and check me in and out quickly. I am always offered water or the restroom upon arriving. My wait time is almost always less than 1 minute. I absolutely love my massage therapist (Leslie). She is very knowledgeable and makes sure she spends the time needed on my problem areas.
