Soothing serene atmosphere.Well relaxed by end of massage. Julie was excellent, every muscle in my body ached prior to massage.

A variety of quality products reasonably priced available for purchase. Friendly and professional staff that go above and beyond to meet the customer's needs. The massage therapists are knowledgeable, provide great service, and are able to make recommendations based on the customer's needs.

Derby who is my massage therapist is the greatest. She knows what to do and how to do it. When I leave I feel great and the pain that I may have had is gone. She is a top of the line massage therapist!!!

I have a massage every 3-4 weeks and it's always with Leslie the therapist that I have been seeing for the past year or so! She is good and I like her.

The staff is top shelf - everything is clean, bathroom , room for massage , staff is friendly and listens , is polite, explains what he/she will be doing and advises to tell them if there is a problem area or if they need to adjust pressure.

Over the years I have never experienced a visit to Hand & Stone that was NOT excellent. From the moment I walk through the front door to the moment I leave, with water and product in hand, the time spent has always been a wonderful 60 to 90 minutes of my day! One of the many positives its the cleanliness of Hand & Stone and the kindness of the front staff. A client's very first experience is interaction with the 'front'. When this experience is 100% that is a great plus to the business. Hands down, Hand & Stone (on Concord Pike, DE) is a winner every time!

I try to book with the same massage therapist because she is absolutely amazing at what she does. I always leave relaxed and with much less muscle tension. She always addresses my concerns and problem areas.
