I really enjoy my facials with Virginia. She is very knowledgeable with the products she uses and what she recommends for my skin care routine. My skin glows after I leave every appointment with her.

When I walked in I was greeted right away. I was offered something to drink and was satisfied with what I asked for. The receptionist checked me in as soon as I walked in and gave my name. While I waiting it was very quiet and relaxing. As I entered the room I was given direction on what I needed to do to get ready for my treatment. I was never made to feel uncomfortable and was extremely relaxed after my facial. I plan on going back for more services in the future and even considering getting a membership.

David is very professional and is also very attentive to my massage requirements, excellent job. It was easy to book a further appointment and the reception staff are always courteous.

My eyebrows came out beautiful by Jennifer very satisfied with her service and I will be coming here for my eyebrows everytime

Sasha the receptionist was amazing so helpful and knowledgable. When I got out of my session I was so kindly greeted by another young lady however I didn't catch her name. Words can't describe my amazing experience with my massage therapist Leandria. She was extremely professional and applied immaculate bedside manner. I was informed she'll be leaving. she'll be sorely missed.

Derby is the best masseuse at the concord pike location. I always feel amazing after coming out from a massage with her. She’s the only one I’ll see. All receptionist are always very nice and accommodating!
