The receptionist was very friendly. She made the checking in process easy. The reception area smelled good and was clean. The product I needed wasn’t available, but the receptionist made a product recommendation. My massage therapist Paul was on time for my appointment. He took time to ask questions & spent time on the areas I needed. Paul provided an excellent massage. He was very personable & knowledgeable. I enjoyed our conversation. I highly recommend Hand & Stone to my family & friends. Paul, David & Leslie are my A team of masseuse at Hand & Stone Wilmington.

I liked that my appointment was on time. I also really like that the bed is heated. The massage really helped me to relax which was much needed during this very busy week.
