I maintain my membership & return because of Leslie, a massage therapist. Leslie is highly competent & consistently provides stellar service. There is nothing s regarding your chain that would keep me if Leslie were to leave. Your spas are not well run. Always a different reception who is ill-trained. Rewards program not clear. Website is problematic.

The carpet tiles are starting to get a little 'slimy." I know it is the massage oil on peoples feet. Suggest replacing them periodically.
