Hand and Stone

My massage was such a pleasant experience. While I do find it a little pricy, there is no denying that the skill level was incredible higher than other places.

I am always highly satisfied with my Hand and Stone appointments. Always taken in a timely manner, everyone is friendly and Virginia is knowledgeable about products, skin issues and the possible devices used during a facial.

The front desk is always friendly and greets me by name. David is an awesome massage therapist.

All staff was very pleasant and have continued to use the same masseuse and the results are wonderful each time I come in. Appointments are always on time and all needs are accommodated upon arrival. I’ve tried the facials as well and the service provider was highly knowledgeable and was able to tailor to my needs.

I was having trouble making an appointment at the Kirkwood highway hand and Stone. I decided to call Concord Pike location, I got a person on the phone and was able to book an appointment immediately. Although the staff was busy at the time I arrived helping a different client, after several minutes, I asked if I could go to the bathroom and get ready for my appointment ; they greeted me, and were gracious.

Teresa was amazing! She took her time and tended to my needs. Teresa explained services and recommended services for the future.

Esthetician always pleasant , knowledgeable and kind. Makes the visit warm and inviting. Will stick with her for services.
