Clean rooms- pleasant reception- would like more variety of styles.

My experience at hand and stone is always great! The front desk is always welcoming when you arrive. Therapist are very helpful when it comes to addressing your needs during the service.

My massage therapist Tyler is excellent! He attends to my problem area and always asks if I need him to go back over an area. I had a fantastic massage and can’t wait for my next one!

Therapists are always very friendly and attentive.

My therapist offered a longer service time to help with problem areas. Staff was very professional. Offered options for enhancements.

I moved to the area about 3 months ago, leaving behind my former location. I was so pleased to find a H&S so close to my home. The receptionists are wonderful and all of the massage therapists I’ve seen have had different styles and techniques that give the experience a unique, but standard quality of care. I’ll continue to visit this location indefinitely!

Overall I really enjoy my esthetician Virginia. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. I always leave feeling refreshed.
