Therapist was very pleasant and made me feel relaxed. She quickly identified that my upper back,shoulders and neck were very tight and we agreed to spend the hour working one these areas. I was amazed that she identified this issue and adapted the massage. Well trained therapist

I am happy with the esthitician (Jennifer) who did a remarkable job. I had facial and face wax. She keenly observed my face and did facial by explaining all the product the one she was applying on me. Also she very patiently removed all my face hair and gave my face healthy and glowing face. I spend a relaxing time during my facial spa. Kudos to her and hand & stone!

Love this Hand and Stone so much that I drive for half and hour to this one even though there is a hand and stone 5 minutes from where I live in Glen Mills. Virginia is always so pleasant and knows her stuff. The girls at the front desk are also very nice and make me feel welcome whenever I go there.

Jennifer did an amazing job with keeping me comfortable. I was definitely highly satisfied with her kindness, knowledge and ability to have me floating on a cloud after she was done. Will be going every month now.
