The facial was fantastic. Sometimes when waiting for a mask to set, the person will clean supplies or play on their phone, but my esthetician was fully focused on my facial and gave me a massage. Definitely worth paying for.

The staff was friendly and welcoming and displayed great customer service. The massage was terrific, very relaxing and the massage therapist put me at ease immediately. The environment was clean and lovely. 10/10

Paul was EXCELLENT!!! He was very professional!! He was very knowledgeable and friendly!! He made my massage very enjoyable!! He was very attentive to my needs!! He helped relieve the stress and pain that I was experiencing. My overall experience made me schedule a two hour massage with him for my next visit!! Please keep up the GREAT JOB!!!

Everything went well. I absolutely love Kathleen, my esthetician. My only complaint is, that I had the first appointment at 9:00am. This location opens at 9:00am, another client and I had to wait outside for about 7 minutes until the Spa opened. I think it will be great if the spa opened its doors 5 or 10 minutes early to accommodate those early appointments.
